Assistant/Associate Professor - Medicine - Gastrointestinal Oncology

The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medical College and New York Presbyterian Hospital seeks applicants for a full-time position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine to focus on Gastrointestinal Oncology. The physician will join a strong translational academic program which includes leading phase I-III clinical trials, investigator initiated studies, as well as working with world class surgeons, gastroenterologists, and basic science faculty supporting translational science initiatives including development of targeted therapeutics, with emphasis on molecular characterization and precision medicine under the leadership of Lewis Cantley, PhD, Director of the Cancer Center. The physician will work closely with Dr. Manish A. Shah, Chief of the Solid Tumor Service and Director of the Gastrointestinal Oncology program, which is located in a newly renovated space within the Weill Greenberg Building, with state-of the-art offices and an infusion center.
