Practice Details:

•             Seeking Board Certified General Surgeon for hospital-based employment opportunity in Green Bay, WI

•             Surgical Oncology Fellow preferred

•             Basic vascular procedure experience preferred

•             Complex laparoscopic & robotic opportunities available

•             Practice includes four experienced hospital-employed Surgeons and four experienced Nurse Practitioners

•             Salary plus RVU model with Income Guarantee, Relocation Expense reimbursement, generous signing bonus, full benefits package, malpractice coverage, time off for vacation and sick leave plus CME

•             Opportunity for compensation at the 90th percentile of MGMA •Hospital has 19 OR suites

•             Approximately 3000 general surgical cases annually, and growing

•             Robotic surgery experience preferred - three da Vinci Si Surgical Robot Systems

Referral Base:

•             Referrals from 230+ Providers

•             14 Adult/Pediatric Hospitalists

•             35,000 Level 3 ED visits

•             4 Medical Oncologists Flagship and Critical Access Hospital

Call:

•             1:4 call rotation

•             Trauma Call (Level 3 ED)

•             Practice Office on Hospital Campus, outreach required
