Assistant, Associate and/or Professor

Faculty Position, Yale Cancer Center, Yale School of Medicine.  The Yale Cancer Center invites applications for a physician-scientist faculty position at the ASSISTANT, ASSOCIATE or FULL PROFESSOR level. We seek outstanding investigators to join our interdisciplinary research team that is focused on understanding key mechanisms of cancer immunology and translating this understanding into novel therapeutic and diagnostic approaches.  New faculty members will be supported with competitive start-up packages, laboratory space, access to laboratory animal facilities, and a wide range of state-of-the-art core facilities. Successful candidates are expected to initiate and maintain a vigorous, independent, extramurally funded laboratory research program, and participate in the training of medical and graduate students and postdoctoral and clinical fellows. The Yale Cancer Center is dedicated to the development and advancement of biomedical research to eliminate cancer and provides a unique environment for conducting innovative basic, translational, population, and clinical research. This position will also have a collaborating relationship with the Yale Department of Immunobiology. Appointments will be made that are commensurate with experience and credentials.
