The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine, in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group, is seeking a Board Certified Hematologist/Oncologist with expertise in Breast Medical Oncology, for a position at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Medicine, to join our expanding Division at NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens.  The candidate will work closely with our four full time breast surgeons to coordinate and grow the Breast Cancer and Woman’s Health Programs and help develop a multi-disciplinary breast cancer program that currently performs over 300 breast cancer surgeries annually.  Candidates should be experienced clinicians in managing patients with hematological and solid tumor malignancies, with an expertise in managing patients with all stages of breast cancer; experienced in clinical and translational studies; and possess excellent interpersonal skills.  Breast cancer services will be integrated across the four Weill Cornell Medicine - NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital campuses in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens under the direction of Dr. Lisa Newman providing outstanding clinical care, including clinical trials and precision medicine.

This 535-bed tertiary facility is an academic affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College, and has been an integral part of the community since 1957 with active services in all medical and surgical disciplines. New York-Presbyterian/Queens boasts a large Hospitalist Program as well as an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
