The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James) is currently seeking an experienced physician or physician-scientist at the associate or full professor level to provide leadership of the GI medical oncology program.  The successful candidate will work collaboratively with world class researchers, surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists and other cancer-oriented specialties within the James. The OSUCCC – James expanded in December, 2014 to become the 3rd largest cancer hospital in the United States. The extraordinary success of this new 306 bed, state-of-the-art hospital has led to exceptional opportunities for medical oncologists across the spectrum of solid tumor subspecialties for research, education and patient care.

The OSUCCC – James is the only cancer program in the United States that features a National Cancer Institute (NCI)–designated Comprehensive Cancer Center aligned with a nationally ranked academic medical center and a freestanding cancer hospital on the campus of one of the nation’s largest public universities.  Additional features at Ohio State include:

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Medical Oncology, as well as able to meet medical licensure requirements in the State of Ohio.
