Clinical Chief Position
Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI) is a fully integrated health system serving the communities of Long Island, NY. Comprised of 6 hospitals, 3 long term care facilities, a Home Care and Hospice agency, and a program for developmentally disabled individuals, CHSLI has over 17,000 employees and an operating budget in excess of $2B. The system serves more than three million people across Suffolk, Nassau and Eastern Queens Counties of New York.
We currently are searching for a mid to senior level Hematologist –Oncologist to lead our Multi-disciplinary program at Mercy Medical Center as Chief of Hematology-Oncology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administrative oversight of the Division of Hematology-Oncology, provide vision, leadership and strategic direction to achieve clinical, operational, financial and high standards for patient care and patient satisfaction. In addition candidates must have a record of accomplishment as a medical leader and clinical Hematologist-Oncologist.

- BC Hematology/Oncology
- NYS Licensed MD/DO
- 10 years of experience preferred
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety and participate in performance improvement
