Director, Strategy and Operations IO Solid Tumor Marketing

Position plays a central role in assisting the Head of IO Solid Marketing with developing strategy, managing integration, and driving toward successful execution of business priorities.  The position reports to the Head of IO Solid Marketing:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a critical interface between the IO Oncology Marketing team, Key Matrix partners and the WW team to drive towards strategic areas of focus and identify key issues.
  • Playing central role in all planning and processes for IO Solid Tumor Marketing teams, including but not limited, to business reviews, brand planning, budget reviews, POA planning, objective setting, etc.
  • Identifying organizational and/or process challenges impeding the IO Solid Tumor Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Oncology Finance in evaluating performance and tracking and managing the IO Solid Tumor Marketing P&L.
  • Demonstrating decision-making and communicating sense of urgency in meeting all agreed upon objectives.
  • Managing and supporting VP IO Solid Tumor Marketing in setting agendas, priorities and objectives for the IO Solid Tumor Marketing Leadership Team including management of Leadership Team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with MBA or advanced degree required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry required. 
  • Position requires very strong written and oral communication skills, as well as
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Individual must possess the ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence.
  • Ability to work independently, with limited direction is required.
