The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology of Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (NYPBMH) is recruiting attending clinical faculty with interest in genitourinary medical oncology. The successful candidate will be joining the developing multidisciplinary cancer center at NYPBMH, where a $400 million outpatient center is now under construction. The faculty member will be expected to work within the growing clinical and translational research program at WCM with numerous innovative clinical trials, a robust precision medicine program, a Prostate Cancer SPORE, and leadership in groups such as the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium and the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology. The ideal candidates will be patient-centered and academically motivated with a commitment to clinical excellence, respectful patient care, teaching, and research.
NewYork-Presbyterian/ Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is a 651- bed academic institution, academically affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine, caring for residents throughout Brooklyn and the surrounding areas. We treat 42,000 inpatients and 500,000 outpatients annually. Our academic programs include nine graduate medical education residency programs and six fellowship programs
