FACULTY POSITION, BREAST ONCOLOGY

The Division of Cancer Medicine at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, located in beautiful Northeast Florida, is seeking an experienced BREAST ONCOLOGIST to join our distinguished cancer medicine faculty.

Baptist MD Anderson brings an unprecedented level of oncology care to Northeast Florida and provides physicians an appealing blend of community focused patient care and the benefit of an academic-oriented model.  Baptist Health is proud to be the regions’ most preferred healthcare provider, one of only seven unique health systems in the United States chosen to replicate MD Anderson Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary and proven model of care, and the Southeast patient care hub for MD Anderson Cancer Network®, a program of MD Anderson. Baptist MD Anderson unveiled a brand-new, 330,000 square foot patient-centered, state-of-the-art facility dedicated solely to the full spectrum of oncology care September 2018.

Our distinguished multidisciplinary breast team is part of the largest dedicated breast center in the region and features a collaborative team approach that brings together the expertise of radiology, medical and radiation oncology, surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pathology, psychology and dedicated breast care navigators. Our program also features a robust breast screening and prevention clinic, rehabilitation, genetic testing and counseling and survivorship programs and support.

Successful candidates will be board-certified with a distinguished record of clinical and academic accomplishment and possess the skills and experience necessary to establish and maintain an active clinical practice and develop areas of productive scholarship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary oncology care including participation in quality management and research programs sufficient to earn an academic appointment at MD Anderson in Houston.
