Medical Director, Breast Oncology 

Memorial Healthcare System, one of the largest public healthcare systems in the nation, is seeking a medical director to lead a breast medical oncology team of breast-care-dedicated professionals at Memorial Cancer Institute’s Breast Center. This is an excellent opportunity for leaders wishing to further develop an already established program which enjoys a strong reputation in the community, a fully supportive program and a brand new state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications include board certification in oncology as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a dedicated breast practice.  All candidates should have publications in peer reviewed journals and have presented at regional or national meetings.  Clinical research experience as being a principal or co-principal investigator in clinical trials in the area of clinical oncology or breast cancer is also highly desired.

This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
