GI Oncology Clinical Research
Faculty Position

The Hematology-Oncology Division is recruiting a clinical investigator to join expanding academic and clinical program in GI Oncology. This multidisciplinary program consists of surgical, medical, radiation, imaging and pathology sub-specialists.  The predominant criterion for appointment is a commitment to clinical excellence, research, and teaching. The candidate will be expected to continue to develop a research program by expanding the clinical trial portfolio.  Mentoring fellows, residents and medical students and possessing creativity and strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a collaborative and diverse faculty will be essential. The Wilmot Cancer Institute & the UR Medicine Hematology-Oncology Division within the Department of Medicine are the major resources for cancer care, research, education, and community outreach in central New York State.
