Job Details

 The primary responsibilities of this role, Deputy Director Marketing Operations, Darolutamide, are to: 

Assist in identifying market based insights to develop brand strategy and operations to best execute launch in Advanced Prostate Cancer;

  • Be responsible for tactical execution of all brand strategies and maintain budgeted allocations to complete projects on time and on budget;
  • Partner with Business Insights, Market Research and Sales Operations to translate market insights into actionable strategies and tactics that develop the market and build competitive footprint
  • Lead short and long range brand forecasting; monitor product strategy success and adjust accordingly;
  • Partner with Market Access to ensure strategic alignment of payer, GPO, IDN, and VA/DOD tactics and execution;
  • Manage multiple cross-functional and agency relationships to execute brand strategic plans
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to pull through core branding, positioning, and messaging to customers and direct the development of promotional activities;
  • Develop and execute Congress plan and other external meetings with customers
  • Provide an environment that fosters learning, open communication and teamwork to maintain and expand capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA and seven years of experience in healthcare field in a commercial role OR MBA/MS and five years of experience in healthcare field in a commercial role;
  • Personal conviction, drive for results, and ability to lead and deliver through others;
  • Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnose business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner;
  • Experience creating, leading and implementing innovative strategies in complex matrix organizations;
  • Significant experience in external stakeholder/partner engagement;
  • High emotional intelligence level and interpersonal skills to maximize responsibility without authority across diverse cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions in ambiguous/uncertain situations;
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic travel);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology experience in the prostate cancer field;
  • Prior launch experience.
