The Division of Hematology Oncology in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for full time academic practice in Medical Oncology, with subspecialty focus in GI oncology.  The position entails clinical practice in out-patient and in-patient settings and clinical trial development in GI oncology. The candidate will be joining an active multidisciplinary GI oncology group with a history of excellence in medical, surgical and radiologic oncology approaches to GI cancers, including innovative diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. 

Ideal candidates should demonstrate potential for excellence in an academic environment with outstanding opportunities and will have experience in the clinical use of chemotherapeutic, targeted biologic, and immunotherapeutic agents, along with research experience in clinical trials implementation and execution. Opportunities for interdisciplinary and translational research collaboration and teaching at all levels of medical education are available. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with level of experience. Early career and entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology.
