Are you looking for a highly-visible sales management role that allows you to leverage data insight to accelerate sales effectiveness?  If so, this Manager, Oncology Field Sales Analyst role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. Conduct critical sales force analytics (incl. measurement of Sales Force Effectiveness, KPI measurement against call plan/ Customer Guidance, sales potential) to inform sales-related business decisions. This is a role with cross-brand and BU scope and responsibilities, designed to apply standard approaches, frameworks, and methodologies. You will translate data driven insight to improve sales performance and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively use analytics to identify key opportunities to improve sales performance at the Subnational level. Work with Dir, Sales Operations to communicate customer and business insights and data findings, influence decision-making, and drive action to achieve business results.
  • Prepare sales leaders with data driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop customer and competitor insights and translate targeting and segmentation into optimal sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders to develop and measure sales incentives
  • Measure Call Plan/ Customer Guidance KPIs using analytics and performance monitoring
  • Use software or modeling tools to complete analyses including:
  • Measure Targeting Effectiveness and opportunity for sales teams
  • Using data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and areas of concern
  • Identify source of business
  • Prepare sales KPIs for upcoming launches
