Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE medical oncologist to join a well-established practice at a new site location. Based out of DuBois, PA, Oncology Hematology Associates of Northern PA, PC offers innovative hematology and medical oncology care supported by services of Penn Highlands Healthcare. This integrated healthcare system offers supportive services through a comprehensive breast service line, a new GI lab, interventional radiology, PET/CT, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, and The Lung Center – named a Center of Excellence with the Lung Cancer Alliance and UPMC Center of Excellence of Lung Cancer Screening.

Position Details:

 

  • Collaborative team that includes 4 hematology-oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
  • Split time between new-site location and Hahne Regional Cancer Center at Penn Highlands DuBois
  • Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, blood cancers
  • Support staff includes of onsite RN supervisor, oncology certified or eligible RNs

  • Shared call coverage with physician group
