Clinical Faculty Position in Hematology/Oncology: Melanoma Oncology
The Massachusetts General Cancer Center currently seeks applications from board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologists for a faculty position emphasizing clinical care and research in the area of melanoma oncology. This position is at the level of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
The selected applicant will join a multidisciplinary and translational research team in the Melanoma Program, participating in patient care and teaching. The main focus of the position will be the clinical care of patients with melanoma at Massachusetts General Hospital and at one or more of its affiliated institutions, as well as clinical research in the field. Additionally, this position offers a unique opportunity to see patients with uveal melanoma and to lead clinical and translational research in this area, as there exists a large referral base from two high volume uveal melanoma centers in Boston.
