Mayo Clinic Children's Center is a multi-disciplinary group practice that focuses on providing comprehensive, high quality, compassionate medical and surgical care to children and adolescents. The Center includes 200 pediatric specialty physicians, scientists and researchers – spanning 30 medical and surgical departments – who provide care for over 50,000 children and teens each year. The Department of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine and the Mayo Clinic Children's Center is seeking a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with special interest in treatment of patients with sarcoma to join the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Mayo Clinic is a NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with 7 pediatric hematologist/oncologists. Our group is a full member of the Children’s Oncology Group and a COG-approved hematopoietic stem cell transplantation center. There are opportunities for collaboration with other subspecialties within the Cancer Center and Mayo Clinic has a well-integrated, multidisciplinary sarcoma practice. Mayo Clinic offers excellent teaching opportunities with our medical students, residents and fellows. Academic rank in the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine will be granted commensurate with experience.

Candidates must be board-certified/ board-eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology with interest and experience in multidisciplinary care of sarcoma patients. Candidates should also have outstanding clinical and teaching skills, and experience in basic, clinical or translational research.
