Faculty Positions - Hematology/Oncology

Full-Time Faculty Position Available

State of the art Cancer Center has two (2) openings for faculty in Hematology/Oncology.  These positions will complement the Division of six (6) full-time faculty, and multiple adjunct faculty, within a major Cancer Center.

Position #1: 

Associate Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. 

• Minimal compensation package of 400-450k
• Two (2) year contract
• 1 in 6 call coverage

Participates as a full-time faculty member in the Departmental and Medical School activities as a Clinician Teacher.  This position has a major commitment to the provision, advancement and promotion of excellence in clinical care and teaching/educational activities, and contributes significantly to scholarly activities.

Senior level candidates may also be offered the opportunity to fill the role of Division Chief of Hem/Onc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience post completion of fellowship program
• Board certification required
• MD/DO

Position #2:

Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology. 

• Minimal compensation package of 400-450k
• Two (2) year contract
• 1 in 6 call coverage

Participates as a full-time faculty member in the Departmental and Medical School activities as a Clinical Teacher. The incumbent has a major commitment to the education in the form of scholarly activities related to education, leadership, administration and promotion of excellence in clinical care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology
• Fellows encouraged to apply!
