RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist
for Full-Time Employment in Central NJ

RWJBarnabas Health is currently searching for a Hematologist/Oncologist with board-certification or board eligibility in Hematology/Oncology for a new full-time position at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. As an affiliate of the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ), this new physician will join RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers CINJ during a period of significant investment in oncology services across the state.

This role offers the potential for academic appointment with Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the only NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in New Jersey, and opportunities to conduct clinical trials and teach residents and students.

This is a unique position that combines the security of being part of the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey and the competitive salary and flexibility desirable from a private practice setting.  This role will be part of a team of physicians providing call coverage across the system’s Southern Region hospitals (Monmouth Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Center – Southern Campus, and Community Medical Center).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board-certification or board eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
  • Candidates with preferred clinical interest in specific solid tumor sites and hematologic diseases encouraged to apply
  • NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
