PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a vibrant multi-disciplinary Palliative Care team. 

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Bridges Palliative Care program provides a full continuum of care for patients and their families. Medical, spiritual, and emotional assistance helps patients and their families to ease the symptoms of life-threatening illnesses. Ideal candidates will have a certification and experience in Palliative Care. At PeaceHealth, Our Vision is that every person receives safe, compassionate care; every time, every touch.

Why you’ll love the practice:

  • Join a great team of 5 providers, with a census of 250
  • Provide ~3-4 consults and ~2-3 follow up's daily
  • Southwest Medical Center has an on-site complex case management team, social workers, chaplain, and partnerships with the Ray Hickey Hospice House
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, ~8:00 am - 5:00 pm, no call.
