Hematology/ Oncology Faculty Position
in Regional Cancer Program
The Hematology-Oncology Division at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Institute, University of Rochester, is recruiting a hematologist/oncologist to join an expanding academic and clinical regional oncology program across the New York Finger Lakes region. The criterion for appointment is a commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and exceptional team work. The ideal recruit will collaborate with local physicians and sub-specialists in surgery and radiation oncology as part of the regional program, with opportunities for clinical research and sub-specialty care. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse faculty will be essential. Women, minority, and LGBTQ physicians and candidates at all levels of experience (Assistant, Associate, or Full-Professor) are encouraged to apply.
The Wilmot Cancer Institute & the UR Medicine Hematology-Oncology Division within the Department of Medicine are the major resources for cancer care, research, education, and community outreach in central New York State.
