Job Details

Arizona Oncology Associates is looking to hire a fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist to spearhead a new service line in the Prescott, Arizona area. This will complement their thriving practice which includes Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology. Arizona Oncology is the largest private oncology practice in the state and is supported by the US Oncology Network, the largest network of community-based cancer centers in the United States.

Prescott is less than two hours north of Phoenix for weekend visits to a major metro area, and an hour and a half from Flagstaff for those who want to ski during the winter months. Prescott itself is home to Granite Mountain along with countless hiking trails and natural lakes. The original capital of the Arizona Territory, Prescott is a vacation destination for old West history enthusiasts, as it was the home at one time to Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday. The charming downtown square looks like something out of a movie set boasting great restaurants and museums.

The area is in growth mode and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be supported by a strong organization while filling a much-needed void. Arizona Oncology offers a competitive salary and full suite of benefits along with a realistic track to partnership.
