The Helen F Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute (HFGCCRI) is seeking a full time fellowship trained medical oncologist with strong leadership skills and  experience in the multidisciplinary care of cancer patients.  The HFGCCRI , a National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program, is part of Christiana Care Health System, one of the country’s largest health care systems, ranking as the 22nd leading hospital in the nation and 12th on the East Coast in terms of patient admissions. With more than 248,000 patient visits last year, the Graham Cancer Center is recognized as a national model for multidisciplinary cancer care and a top enroller in U.S. clinical research trials. There is an inpatient medical / hematologic oncology unit of 29 beds with a separate FACT accredited  bone marrow transplant program and CAR T cell program . 
The HFGCCRI houses the Center for Translational Cancer Research, Tissue Procurement Center, Gene Editing Institute, statewide High-Risk Family Cancer Registry with 8 full time genetic counselors and collaborations with world-renowned scientists at The Wistar Cancer  Institute in Philadelphia leading to opening new avenues to more quickly translate laboratory discoveries to the bedside.
The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute (HFGCCRI) at Christiana Care sees 3,300 analytic cancer cases annually representing 70% of new cancer cases in Delaware.  A 240,000 square foot outpatient cancer center has 12 multidisciplinary disease site centers, allowing patients to see the three disciplines of surgical, medical and radiation oncology, including subspecialists and support service teams in one visit.
