Position Description: 

Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) in conjunction with the Penn Medicine Cancer Service Line is seeking a Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our team to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary program that includes surgical oncology, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology and other surgical subspecialties. The oncology program is staffed by a full complement of support services including advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, social work, palliative care, financial counseling and pastoral care. 

 

The cancer program at Penn Medicine Princeton Health is a member of the Penn Medicine Cancer Service Line, integrating cancer care among the 6 Penn Hospitals including the NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Penn Medicine Princeton Health is strategically focused on investing in the development of a comprehensive cancer program including the construction of a state-of –the art cancer center. It is anticipated that oncology clinicians practicing at Princeton will have close ties with faculty at all Penn Medicine Programs including its NCI centers, with ample opportunity for collaborative activities including conferences and clinical research. 

 

Selected candidates will be joining a network of primary and specialty care practitioners, including board certified internists, and family medicine physicians who specialize in preventive, routine, and acute care for adults and children. Further, as a Penn Medicine Physician at Princeton, you will be affiliated with the 231-bed state-of-the-art Princeton Medical Center (PMC), the cornerstone of a 171-acre healthcare campus that will house the future cancer center.

Requirements: 

* M.D. degree; completed an accredited internship and residency 

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in both hematology and oncology 

* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
