FACULTY POSITION, MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGY/STEM CELL TRANSPLANT

Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center located in Northeast Florida is actively seeking an experienced hematologist-oncologist to join our distinguished cancer medicine faculty. The successful candidate will

  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience in Hematologic Malignancies. Transplant experience and CAR T cellular therapy experience is highly desirable.  Benign hematology is also a requirement of the position
  • Graduating fellows may be considered if they have demonstrated a serious commitment to the care of the hematology patient.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our multidisciplinary integrated model of cancer care;
  • Fully support the clinical, scholarly, and educational missions of our program including developing standard protocols for patient care, improving quality metrics and creating scholarly work;

Leadership opportunities within the hematology program, division, quality or research program will be made available for the ideal candidate.

Baptist MD Anderson recently opened a 330,000 square foot patient-centered, state-of-the-art facility dedicated solely to the full spectrum of oncology care.  

Successful candidates will be board-certified with a distinguished record of clinical and academic accomplishment and possess the skills and experience necessary to establish and maintain an active clinical practice and develop areas of productive scholarship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary oncology care including participation in quality management and research programs sufficient to earn an academic appointment at MD Anderson in Houston.
