The Oncology Division of National Jewish Health’s Department of Medicine, located in Denver, Colorado is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologists to join its faculty. This opportunity will offer a chance to help grow general oncology and hematology clinical services through our community clinic offices.

The Medical Director/Medical Oncologist will provide outstanding patient care in general oncology as the #1 focus and will lead the coordination and integration of community based medical oncology practices at our Western (Thornton, CO) and Northern (Golden, CO) sites.

The Medical Director/Medical Oncologist will be expected to:

            Provide superb patient care

Grow the Oncology service line by identifying strategic program and growth opportunities.

Assist in the development and implementation of strategic and growth opportunities.

Assist in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new providers.

Identify opportunities to improve services, and patient satisfaction.

Expand clinical trials program; identify protocols of interest, participate as PI of co-I, participate in SWOG as our clinical trials organization.

Ideal candidate:

Completed a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology from an outstanding program.

BC in Hematology and Oncology.

Strong commitment to clinical and community program development.

Three years of leadership experience.
