Hematologist/Oncologist

Lone Star Cancer and Blood Disorder is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for our San Antonio, TX practice to see patients in the office and hospital settings. Must be board certified / board eligible to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients according to clinic protocols and accepted standards of medical practice. Provide patient and family education when appropriate.

Document encounters in an accurate and timely fashion in accordance with insurance, state, and federal regulations.

Perform procedures as needed.

Accurately document Superbill charges.

Ideal Candidate

Valid Medical License issued by the Texas State Board.

Familiar with reimbursement and documentation requirements.
