Assistant/Associate Professor - Medicine - Multiple Myeloma

 

The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medical College and New York Presbyterian Hospital seeks applicants for a full-time position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine to focus on Multiple Myeloma. The physician will join a strong clinical and  translational group with leading roles in phase I-III clinical trials, investigator initiated studies, as well as interactions with world class researchers within the Meyer Cancer Center, with an opportunity to develop a leading academic program in Myeloma. Translational science initiatives include targeted therapeutics, with emphasis on molecular characterization and precision medicine under the leadership of Lewis Cantley, PhD, Director of the Meyer Cancer Center.  The physician will work closely with Dr. Ruben Niesvizky, Director of the Multiple Myeloma program and Manuel Hidalgo, Head of the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology and other members of the Heme malignancy program.  The practice is located at 425 E. 61st Street with state-of the-art offices and an infusion center.
