Breast Medical/Surgical Oncologist specializing in Cancer Genetics
Yale Cancer Center (YCC), along with Medical Oncology and the Cancer Genetics and Prevention Program at Yale, seeks a talented and highly motivated Medical or Surgical Oncologist specializing in Cancer Genetics to enhance the center's clinical, research, and translational activities. The individual may be a clinical, translational or basic investigator whose clinical activities focus on high risk/genetics breast cancer, with outstanding accomplishments in this area. Individuals with the appropriate skill set and background will be considered for the role of Co-Director for the Cancer Genetics and Prevention Program (CGPP). In this role, this individual will co-lead the high-risk breast clinic, being responsible for designing and implementing future Program goals. The incumbent should have a demonstrated academic record consistent with the level of Associate Professor or Professor at Yale School of Medicine. Assistant Professors with a strong research/established clinical record will be considered. A research focus and publication record in high risk/cancer genetics is required.
