Breast Medical Oncologist
Yale Cancer Center and the Section of Medical Oncology, along with Smilow Cancer Hospital, invite applications from board-certified/eligible medical oncologists, specializing in Breast Medical Oncology, for a faculty position at Yale School of Medicine with a clinical practice based at the Smilow Cancer Hospital campus in Greenwich, CT. The largest provider of cancer care in Connecticut, Smilow Cancer Hospital and its outpatient Centers deliver the highest quality patient care to our patients. We offer comprehensive cancer services, including access to clinical trials, at 15 locations across Connecticut and Rhode Island. In addition to clinical care, candidates will be members of the Breast oncology multidisciplinary disease team and will contribute to the academic mission through participation in clinical research, Tumor Board and other activities. Opportunities will be available for participation in clinical, translational, and other research endeavors with Yale School of Medicine colleagues, including outcomes, education and quality projects. Leadership opportunities within the Breast program and YCC will be considered for qualified candidates. All Smilow locations are certified by the ASCO Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®). Faculty appointments at Yale School of Medicine will be at the rank commensurate with prior experience.
