Critical resources supporting this position include a one teraFLOP/s supercomputer dedicated to bioinformatics, a fully annotated breast cancer tissue microarray containing ~600 samples with a minimum of 10-year follow-up, >2 billion medical records, active genomics projects, and a robust graduate training program. The Center has over 30 research and clinical faculty with expertise spanning basic breast cancer biology, screening and prevention, as well as first-in-human and late-stage clinical trials. Collaboration with other investigators, and participation in center and department activities is expected.
