John Muir Health Cancer Medical Group is seeking a well-trained Hematologist/Medical Oncologist committed to excellent patient care to join our Bay Area team in highly desirable Pleasant Hill, CA. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Medical Oncology
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine
  • Current DEA license
  • Must possess or acquire a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

Preferred, but not required, experience in:

  • Intracavity Chemotherapy
  • Apheresis

The addition of Diablo Valley oncologists to John Muir Health oncologists brings together capabilities from two extensive organizations to form a new John Muir Health Cancer Medical Group. This new Medical Group provides for Cancer Centers and Service locations throughout the East Bay. It also allows for our continued focus on the individualized needs of our patients.

John Muir Health uses a multidisciplinary approach to tackle complex and difficult cancer cases. Our tumor boards focus their efforts to design individualized treatment plans that will improve outcomes for each patient.
