Hematology/Oncology Opportunities – Nuvance Health Cancer Institute– Hudson Valley in New York and Western Connecticut
The Nuvance Health Cancer Institute has Hematology/Oncology opportunities throughout our network as we continue to grow our program. We are seeking candidates with experience or interest in hematology, lung, colorectal, GI, GU, Head and Neck, and/or other sub-specialties. We currently have opportunities at our Cancer Centers in Danbury, Connecticut (at Danbury Hospital), Norwalk, Connecticut (at Norwalk Hospital), and Poughkeepsie, New York (at Vassar Brothers Medical Center). Our system spans from suburban Fairfield County in Connecticut to the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State, about one hour outside of the New York metropolitan area.
Our hematologists/ oncologists are members of the network’s disease teams that incorporate experts in radiation oncology and cancer surgery as well as genetics, research coordinators, dieticians, and dedicated disease specific nurse navigators. We are a member of NRG and have a robust clinical trials portfolio. There is some teaching of medicine residents and medical students. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses as well as relocation.
