Due to its continuous growth, the Department of Medicine at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking to add oncologists at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels to join various divisions in both solid and liquid tumor oncology under the leadership of Chairman, Dr. Renier Brentjens, a leader and pioneer in CAR-T cell therapies. Many of our members are nationally and internationally recognized leaders in their fields. Each solid and liquid tumor team is well established and collegial and supported by dedicated APPs, Research Coordinators and Clinical Care Coordinators. Additionally, you will have access to a solid infrastructure to conduct trials alongside an established Phase 1 group, support to write grants and collaborate with immunotherapy core scientists in developing novel targeted therapies and novel CAR-T cell trials. Applicants should be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology and be able to meet medical licensure requirements in New York State.

Roswell Park, America’s first cancer center founded in 1898, is the only upstate New York facility to hold the National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center designation and membership in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. Roswell Park is also ranked among the nation's top cancer hospitals by U.S. News and World Report.

Roswell Park is located in the heart of a thriving medical corridor in Buffalo, NY, a city that has undergone major transformation, building on its waterfront on the shores of Lake Erie, historic architecture, affordable, charming, tree-lined neighborhoods, and proximity to Canada and the Toronto metropolitan area. Additional features include professional sports teams, a world-renowned symphony orchestra, superlative art gallery and dozens of universities and colleges.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications and an excellent fringe benefits package is available. Interested candidates should forward CV and letter describing programmatic and research interests to:
