OHC - Specialists in Cancer and Blood Disorders, is the premier independent provider for patients with cancer and blood disorders in Greater Cincinnati. We seek a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join our award-winning practice and operate out of our Springfield, Ohio location. The ideal candidate will be patient centered, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

OHC offers a wide range of services, state-of-the-art treatments and leading edge technologies in the area of radiation oncology, medical oncology, gynecologic oncology and palliative care. We partner with our patients to meet their medical and personal needs.

About the Job:

By joining our team of nationally recognized physicians, you will work alongside another radiation oncologist, four medical oncologists, a nurse practitioner and other staff to serve our patients and their families. You will practice medicine and patient care to the highest standards focused on what matters most - beating cancer. You will become an integral part of over 50 highly trained and experienced multi-disciplinary oncology practitioners, including ten radiation specific oncologists. You may also potentially become a future shareholder of the practice. Responsibilities include providing radiation oncology services to patients, promoting the practice in the community and adhering to strict clinical practice standards.

This position requires a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist. Ohio license preferred. Experience with IMRT, SBRT, SRS, HDR and LDR strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, leadership prowess, approachability, flexibility and dedication to our committed and passionate team.

Other benefits include company supported 401k, profit sharing, supplemental life insurance and generous PTO (paid time off). Work days are primarily a Monday through Friday daytime schedule. Limited weekend on-call schedule required.
