The Allegheny Health Network (AHN)’s Cancer Institute is recruiting full time Clinical Trial Lead for Medical Oncology to join our expanding team located at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh PA.

Cancer Institute Highlights:

  • New state-of-the-art Academic Cancer Institute facility with on-site medical oncology and radiation oncology services; dedicated  patient supportive services team to include but not limited to nurse navigator, dietitian, social worker and financial counselor
  • Pioneering scientific, translational and clinical research with affiliation with Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center

Job Duties:

  • Oversee clinical trials program for all of oncology
  • Manage research personnel related to clinical trials
  • Strategic planning for clinical trial partnerships and programs
  • Development of industry trial programs
  • Development Phase I clinical trial program
  • Train residents and fellows in clinical trial process

Job Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology
  • Five years of experience in clinical trial management
  • Eligible for Pennsylvania License
