The Medical Oncology Department within the Scully Welsh Cancer Center is seeking a Medical Director for an established practice within a busy multispecialty group. The individual will be responsible for directing physician clinical practices, developing services, quality improvement initiatives, and maintain a clinical practice to complement their leadership duties.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of oncology practice with an MD degree from an accredited school of medicine and be Board-Certified in Medical Oncology. Experience in program development, accomplished leadership and team building skills, and oncology program expansion. Candidates will be working in a multidisciplinary approach with colleagues in numerous other specialties within Scully Welsh Cancer Center and in collaboration with the Robert and Carol Weissmann Cancer Center in Stuart, Florida as well as the Cleveland Clinic Florida Maroone Cancer Center in Weston, Florida and Taussig Cancer Institute in Cleveland, Ohio.
