The Rush University Cancer Center at Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist to join its team at the Assistant Professor level or above. Candidates should be subspecialty trained and board eligible/certified in Gynecologic Oncology. Responsibilities for this full-time position will encompass those of clinician, educator, and academician. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior ability in patient care, established research, and excellent training.

Gynecologic Oncologists at Rush provide compassionate care for women seeking diagnosis, treatment and second opinions for Cervical, Ovarian, Uterine, Endometrial, Vaginal and Vulvar cancer. They collaborate across the institution with specialists to combat cancer and promote quality of life. Women treated at Rush receive personalized, comprehensive treatment plans. They also have access to cancer support services, such as the Cancer Integrative Medicine Program.

As a principal member of the National Cancer Institute’s Gynecologic Oncology Group, Rush is at the leading edge of gynecologic cancer care and research, offering the latest treatments including innovative drug and radiation therapies via clinical trials and da Vinci robotic surgery as well as exploring ways to detect cancers in their earliest stages.
