University of Michigan

The University of Michigan is seeking a full-time medical oncologist to provide outstanding care to primarily melanoma and cutaneous oncology patients. This individual will join an outstanding team of clinicians and researchers providing clinical care and research to enable the highest success in treating patients with melanoma and other advanced skin cancers. Our team consists of clinicians, clinical researchers and physician scientists focused on melanoma and other cutaneous malignancies.

Responsibilities will include outpatient clinics (in person and telemedicine), attending on the inpatient oncology services, clinical research, as well as educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Structured mentoring will be available to the successful candidate interested in an academic career in melanoma.

Experience in clinical trials is highly desired but not required. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding and compassionate clinician and be board certified/board eligible in oncology. Hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan is required.
