The Division of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center is expanding due to programmatic success and seeks a full-time tenure track Investigator (Physician-Scientist pathway) at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.  Applicants with experience in translational research, developmental therapeutics, or innovative clinical trial design are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include working in a highly collaborative environment and participation in teaching, research, and clinical trials. Our facilities include a modern 900-bed teaching hospital, outpatient clinic, extensive basic research facilities and a large cancer center supported clinical research office. This individual will be expected to develop an extramurally funded research program in the molecular and cellular biology of cancer including the identification of new therapeutic targets and agents.

Qualified candidates will have an MD or MD/PhD with board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology and licensure.

The start date is negotiable, and the position will remain open until filled.
