The UOB conducts mechanism based clinical trials that target specific genetic, epigenetic, and metabolic alterations, in individual subtypes of kidney cancer as well as clinical studies evaluating novel immunotherapy strategies. The development and conduct of these trials involve close cooperation between medical oncologists, urologic surgeons, and basic/translational scientists.
