Texas Oncology - San Antonio is looking to hire an experienced Hematologist/Oncologist to join their busy practice in the Medical Center office in San Antonio. At this comprehensive cancer center the candidate will join 11 Hematologists/Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 1 Surgical Oncologist, 3 Colorectal Surgeons and 3 Gynecologic Oncologists along with multiple NP/PAs. The practice is engaged in all phases of clinical research. This location also has onsite imaging, comprehensive laboratory, flow cytometry and an in-house pharmacy. An ideal candidate should have considerable patient care and clinical research expertise as demonstrated by publications in peer reviewed journals.

Texas Oncology is a member of The US Oncology Network, the largest network of community-based cancer centers in the United States. This relationship affords this candidate to be involved in national committees addressing research, pharmacy and therapeutics, pathways, disease specific initiatives among others.
