ONCOLOGY FACULTY POSITION
UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN
The University of Michigan is seeking a full-time medical oncologist to provide exceptional care to patients with sarcoma. This individual will join an outstanding team of clinicians and researchers as part of the sarcoma multidisciplinary team providing clinical care and research opportunities to provide state-of-the-art care for patients with sarcoma.
Responsibilities will include development of new clinical trials, in-person and telehealth clinics, inpatient oncology services, as well as educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Structured mentoring is available to the successful candidate interested in an academic career in sarcoma.
Experience in clinical trials or translational research in sarcoma is highly desired but not required. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding and compassionate clinician and be board certified/board eligible in oncology. Holding or having the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan is required.
