The John Theurer Cancer Center (JTCC) at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) in
Hackensack NJ, is looking for a graduating medical oncology fellow or junior faculty member
interested in developing a career in thoracic medical oncology.  The JTCC/HUMC Thoracic
Oncology program offers comprehensive multidisciplinary oncology care to our patients and is
looking for someone to join its Thoracic Division. The Division comprises a large
multidisciplinary team that includes subspecialized physicians focusing in thoracic surgical
oncology, interventional pulmonology and radiation therapy. In addition, JTCC offers a
comprehensive portfolio of clinical trials that expand from small molecules to immunotherapy to
very complex cell therapeutics studies. The John Theurer Cancer Center is part of The
Lombardi Georgetown University NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center Consortium and is the
largest cancer program in NJ. This is an outstanding opportunity for an oncologist with an
interest in providing state of the art clinical care to lung cancer patients at an academic center
that has the full range of subspecialty support services for this patient population.  The ideal
candidate will be a clinically oriented, energetic and enthusiastic junior faculty who wants to
build a career in thoracic oncology. Interest in clinical trials is a plus.
