Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Medical Oncologist at the Assistant or Associate level who will serve as an Academic Member in the Sarcoma Program. The position involves all aspects of patient care, including the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. The position demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach to optimize patient care delivery.

The Sarcoma Program is widely regarded as one of the top programs in the country, providing a wide-ranging scope of preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services in a single location, including but not limited to diagnostic imaging services, and biopsies. The prospective candidate will be appointed at the Assistant Member level, or higher if warranted. The position will have significant effort dedicated to clinical research and clinical care. The position   involves all aspects of patient care, including the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. The position works with several specialists in a multi-disciplinary approach to optimize patient care delivery.

Requirements

Applicants must have a Florida medical license or be eligible for one, an M.D. degree, and be board certified or eligible. The applicant should be familiar with a multidisciplinary academic clinical practice setting. The successful candidate must have clinical expertise in sarcoma.
