HEMATOLOGY CHAIR- HEMATOLOGISTS -ONCOLOGIST

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Hematology Chair, several Hematologists and an Oncologist to join an expanding practice at Sanford's prestigious Roger Maris Cancer Center. 

Hematology Chair

Lead an established group of four full-time hematologists and three APPs to grow its malignant hematology, cellular therapy, and nonmalignant hematology practice at the Roger Maris Cancer Center.  With increasing patient volumes and the addition of services, the team is officially separating hematology and oncology services.  The leadership position would include a role in education of fellows, residents, and medical students as well as leading and growing clinical research. A background in academics is preferred but not required. 

Hematologists and/or Transplanters

Sanford is looking to add board certified hematologists with five or more years of experience in hematology and/or transplant care. The successful candidate will desire to focus on malignant hematology and support a hematology service.

Oncologist

Sanford is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Hematologist-Oncologist who is board eligible/board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. Will consider Individuals with focused interests in breast, head/neck, thoracic, or genitourinary malignancies.

• Join a team of 15 Medical Oncologists/Hematologists, 4 Pediatric Oncologists/Hematologists and 5 Radiation Oncologists.
• Supported by 9 APPs and 13 nurse navigators
• Hematology Oncology Fellowship launched in 2022
• Autologous transplants began October 2021; Allogenic in December 2022; and CAR-T to start Spring/Summer 2023.
• Familial cancer and survivorship programs, risk assessment and supportive care clinics
• The only Hemophilia Treatment Center in the region for bleeding disorders.
• Accepts J1 and H1B
