Job Details
Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to continue to bring world-class healthcare to Minnesota.
Practice Details:
• Join 1 other Oncologist with an exceptional reputation in the community
• Majority Oncology but plenty of opportunity to capture additional Hematology work
• Mostly outpatient with hospitalist support for the light inpatient responsibilities
• 4-Day work week with 32 contact hours per week
• Current Oncologist sees an average of around 20-22 patients/day
• Clinic is hospital based adjacent to Radiology, Rad Onc and the ED with 14 Chemo/Infusion Bays with plans for continued expansion
• EPIC EMR
• Busiest Level III Trauma Center in Minnesota
• Growing and robust multi-specialty practice that has hired over 60 providers in the last 10 years
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee plus RVU production - total compensation in the $600K - $650K range
• $100K Recruitment Assistance Package - Can be structured to your preferences for a sign-on bonus or student loan repayment options
Community Details:
• West-Central Minnesota Resort Community that has been named the Best Minnesota Town on multiple occasions
• 1-hour Northwest of St. Cloud and 2-hours from Minneapolis
• The area has nearly 100 lakes - Lakefront living is offered as close to 5 minutes from the hospital!
