ProHealth Care: Waukesha, WI:
Due to the continued growth of the practice and the pending departure of a physician, our group is looking to add one physician specializing in Hematology / Oncology. Expect a nice combination of the two, likely with more emphasis on solid tumor. Call would be no more frequent than 1 in 8, shared equally between all partners.
Our cancer program is partnered with UW Health, the only NCI designated cancer program in the State of Wisconsin to provide the best local care, while at the same time providing greater access to advanced research and clinical trials. Our research team consists of specialists who assist in identifying eligible patients for protocols and enrolling patients on clinical trials.
As a result of our partnership with UW Health, we have a new 162,000 square foot, state-of-the-art dedicated cancer center in Pewaukee. Services include:
- Hematology / Medical Oncology
- Radiation Oncology
- On-site Radiologic Services
- Genetics Counseling
- Social Services Support
- Oncology Navigators
- Palliative Care
- Cancer Rehabilitation
- Oncology Pharmacy
We have a robust multidisciplinary tumor conference well attended by medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and tumor registry.
