Based in the Westchester County area, our state-of-the-art, well-established, elite, and expanding WPH Cancer Center is adding an Oncologist to its practice. The Oncologist will collaborate with 7 other Oncologist, 2 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and one Physician Assistant to provide patients with the highest level of quality care. The WPH Cancer Center offers comprehensive services, extensive tumor boards, excellent radiology, and pathology as well as clinical trials with opportunities to participate and lead as well as the ability for some focus on oncology specialty.

Role responsibilities:
Let your skills shine as an Oncologist.
With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect:
- Diagnose and treat various types of cancer in patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient factors such as cancer stage, type, and overall health.
- Monitor patients’ progress throughout treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide supportive care to manage symptoms and side effects of cancer and its treatments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other medical professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses.
Qualifications:
What you’ll need as an Oncologist.
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology/Hematology.
- Active New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
